Northeastern MN, my coworker has one he wants to sell. I told him I'd post it here. PM's will do. It's a come and get it type thing. Needs fuel pump. Thinking about getting it myself, but I currently have no room.

I have to laugh at myself and share this story only cuz I'm bored and it's py outside. The 85 Cougar has 5 spoke weldstars similar to sleepertbird's. it has a "then-new" dual exhaust with H pipe crossover. it has a new front grille, bumper cover, etc... And new paint except the bottoms are starting to peel off due to sitting in the grass, I suppose. He told me he had to have it out of his parent's yard by May 1st. And to just come and take it. While talking to him, another coworker said he may be interested, and asked how much. Owner said $300. He wwanted to look at it first. So they gathered up there a couple weekends ago, put a battery in it , and it fired right up and purred like a kitten (ok, Cougar/cat). the Owner about dropped dead....all this time about 5 years, he let it sit thinking the car was dead. Guess it wasn't. Might have been a low battery, or inertia switch bumped, but it sure starts now. so the coworker drove it away for $300. He drove it to work today.....sure looked good sitting in the parking lot for all of us to see.....including the now P.O.

And to think I could have had it for free, and it was originally offered to venomcat.
