Misses when it feels like it...

So I thought it was just no gas (no gauge anymore) so i went and go a gallon then drive to the station and got the rest of $10. on the way to the station it was missing a little but i figured it was just trying to get the air out of the line and pressure back up. got gas and drive it hard out of the lot and up the street.

Ran fine. left the house and it kinda sputtered half way down the block. then it was fine. It kept feeling like it was missing randomly though the night. but other times it would run its ass off.

I'm going to get new plugs now. thats all i can afford right now until friday atleast.

Any other ideas?

Could be wires, too.

Get somewhere dark with the hood open, engine running.  You can see the wires arcing to ground really well in the dark.

Could also be fuel pressure/filter

My car did the exact same thing when the fuel pump went out.  Put a fuel pressure gage on it and change the fuel filter.

Its running fine now. we had alot alot of rain down here when it was running like that and my TC hood is open so who know. I didnt drive in the rain more than a mile and it was light rain. I park on a hill too (nose down) so i doubt that it was water. Im swapping this SO out ASAP for a carbed HO.... I hope....
