WTB: TC pass side door trim March 14, 2008, 02:31:35 AM The one with the emblem in it for an 87/88. I mangled that one taking it off, and then I bought a full set off ebay and they showed up broken, so I still need to deal with that too:beatyoass: Anyways, if you have one in good condition, name your price. thanks Quote Selected
WTB: TC pass side door trim Reply #1 – March 15, 2008, 12:41:15 PM How mangled? They are pretty easy to fix if all you did was "curl" it.I have some curled ones and some flat ones, cheap, but no scripts. Quote Selected
WTB: TC pass side door trim Reply #2 – March 15, 2008, 05:45:29 PM The metal in it was stretched and I hammered it back flat, but when I put it back on it was still wavy and and it annoyed me. So if you got a decent flat one, I have the turbocoupe emblem out of the other one, or are you meaning the ones you have don't have the hole?heres how bad it was wrinkled. It was only wrinkled on the top so when I put it back on, it had to make up the extra length somewhere and it just kinda made it look wavyhttp://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c146/Fordguy545/88%20t-bird%20tc/SNV30015.jpghttp://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c146/Fordguy545/88%20t-bird%20tc/SNV30014.jpg Quote Selected
WTB: TC pass side door trim Reply #3 – March 18, 2008, 12:16:43 AM Has anybody found any laying around? I finally got my car all buffed out and getting ready to put it back together, but I'm gonna have to leave all that trim off till I find a new piece because I wasn't at all careful taking that one off this time knowing I had a new set coming, but were all broke on arrival:mad: Quote Selected
WTB: TC pass side door trim Reply #4 – March 18, 2008, 09:15:47 AM I'll take a look today for you, but I think mine are going to look as bad.To fix them right you have stick them in a paint baking booth for a day with a single, large, flat weight on top and they smooth right out. Quote Selected
