Wtf

Why must this always happen to me...

I go to the local junkyard to grab a few small things, and see what they have.
And find yet another rust free 83 5.0 AOD Heritage... Then i look over a couple rows an see... A FREAKING CHARCOAL 83 rust free 5.0 Heritage, W/ Leather!

Yes its great that i can get the parts off of them and such, But the fact that they could have been easily saved always makes my stomach hurt, maybe i'm just too caring for these cars... lol.

Anyway,
I snagged a set of electros from the charcoal (car had about 180k  miles?) all the emblems and the drivers side front clear marker (passenger was busted) And the bluebird emblem from the grille.

The snagged the almost brand new looking electro from the silver heritage (39k? 139k miles? really nice condition) (other one was busted...) and a clear front marker (other was busted) and the blue bird emblem from the grille.

Next to it was a GT Escort so i grabbed a pair of Halo Headrests.

I'm going back tomorrow for a set of chrome rearviews for my car as i can get a nice set between the two cars, And see what else i can scavenge up... But ill only have a couple hours or so, So if anyone need any smaller stuff from the heritage cars LMK today, and ill see what i can do.

And for anyone that want to come check out the yard, it's the "Pull-A-Part" in Lynnwood, WA: http://www.pullapartwa.com/

There were 2 Heritage Foxes, an 87 T-Bird, a Munched MN12 Cougar, and like 3-4 MN12 T-Birds.

Take the time to remove the rear quarter windows!!!!  It was a bitch but I saved a set from the Junkyard once!!!  Those windows are the only thing left that makes it a heritage aside from a few badges.

But i snagged both sets of chrome rearviews as they were all in really nice shape.

And yea,
I saved a set of quarters from the last heritage that was in this yard.

I'm not sure when ill get back, There hours are conflicting with my schedule >.<.
They close at 5:00pm, However they start kicking you out at 4:40pm...

I want to save that charcoal heritage so bad... :-((( had service records in the trunk from 2006, retrofitted and everything.
