Another FPR question

The other thread got me thinking about this.  I'm swapping in the 351 soon, and I'm using 24# injectors.  I have a rail that fits a 351 GT40 lower, but it had 19s on it.  Thats all I know.  Should I get a different on, or try it and see?

Sorry, I didnt make my self clear.  I meant the regulator.

And while I'm at it, would these change my MPG vs. if I had used 19's? I'm thinking not, cause wouldn't only put out the right amount of fuel, just a little quicker?
