Question about 5-lug conversion

Hey guys, I've been planning to do a 5-lug conversion for quite some time now.  A guy on a local forum is parting out a 91 Mustang that seems to have the parts I need for a good price, but I wanted to check with you guys to make sure everything will work on my Tbird:

8.8 Rear End with 5lug Ranger axles $250.00
5lug front Rotors lincoln $75

By the end of the weekend I should know if I could afford this stuff.  I should be able to.

Don't forget that you'll need the spindles and struts too.
I'd also recommend new front brake hoses...

If you want to use the mark vii rotors you can but you can only use wheels with a large center cap(covers all the bolts)the small center wheels(fr500s,cobra r's etc)require 94-95 mustang front spindles, hubs, rotors and calipers to work correctly.
I did get mark vii front rotors to work with my small center wheels but it required a ton of modification and 1/4" wheel spacers to make them work.
You don't need front struts to swap over to sn95 spindles, the stock struts will work just fine.
The rear sounds ok but i think the stang rear was slightly shorter on either end(not sure though).
There's a writeup in the tech section about it.

The ranger axles draw the wheels in 3/4 of an inch per side. Thats significant on a car that already has the wheels sunken in pretty far.
It's Gumby's fault.

I could be wrong, but I was under the understanding that Fox 'Stang axle housings were shorter than Fox 'Bird housings to begin with......  When I did my swap, I took a complete axle from disc to disc from a '96 'Stang, that had the exact same measurement from hub to hub as the 'Bird axle.

Oh, sure does!!  That thread did not exist when I did the work to my car.  I just had a friend with a wrecked 'Stang, so I measured the overall width, and put it in.  I had a Mark 7 rear at the time too, but it was too short.  Either way, I don't care anymore because mine is done! Haha!

Ranger rotors can be used.  No performance gain but it'll get you on the road.  You will need to use 1 t-bird, and 1 ranger wheel bearing.  I can't remember which one was which but it's not hard to figure out.
