I have seen one in real life.

Seen a C5 Vett painted up like a C1 was dark red with white in between the doors.

Other than GM did make a orange and white one as a older concept car don't have the pictures anymore of it.

Heres 2 of them that where at barret-jackson this year look pretty cool.
