I don't recall ever seeing them in a two different colors like that though, every one I have seen were all the same (lighter) color. I don't have a Ford color & upholstery book from 1984 so I can't say for sure.It looks "right" with the sides of the seats matching the color of the door panels so it could may been an option to order them that way.
