What type of fluid for a 92 mark powersteering pump?

I'm real close to firing up the ole tbird for the first time and before I do so I'd like to have all of the fluids topped off and ready. But I'm a bit confused by what type of fluid to use in my power steering pump. Do I use the type F transmission fluid that the haynes book calls for or do I use regular power steering fluid.

Either is fine, but I believe the type f is cheaper by the quart and what was used by the factory. Either would work if you want.
