It has a bit more growl right now im probably going to remove the resonator to try and coax some more sound out of it.

looks 10x better with the duals im loading the vids now dial up down here SUCKS i miss my cable

I welcomed the dark side and currently am driving a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT plus, with a 5.9, Code named project "Night Runner"
Shes black on black, fully loaded, with headers, 180 tstat, e fan, straight exhaust into a cherry bomb vortex ler, full tune up, ported intake and T/B, MSD coil, and round aircleaner.
Mods to come: Fully rebuilt and heavily modded 46RE, and a richmond rachet locker.

Yes its a 2.5 the same in the contour :evilgrin: i plan on an SVT SC sooner or later. Next week im buying this Short Ramfor it, then comes the bumper cover that was cracked then my fenders that have been screwed from the time i bought it.

what about finding a svt contour motor for it? if theres one encono ford i like its the svt contour, and svt focus.
o and the cougars are pretty cool, its just theres not that many of them around

I have thought about it quite a few times they are plentiful and cheap from what i hear, but im not sure if i can find them new. Im 90% sure that i can find a new 2.5.

Because all that 2.5 in my cougar needs is high flow heads (like in the SVT) and the SC and it is a SVT 2.5. Well lower compression pistons and all that needs to be downgraded to compensate for the SC.

Yeah they do stick out a bit.

What are the details on it?  What size? True duals or just a catback?

Wish i had true duals its a y 2 turbo lers and im not sure on how big the lers are, im just happy i cant fist them.

Thanks for all the comments, i definitely need to take the resonator off, you can hear it rumble (yes i understand its a 2.5 liter v6) when it idles,when i rev and lower in the gears.
