Wood Grain Dash

I hate it, I'm tired of it. It ruins the interior for me, does anyone know of oh I don't know a brushed aluminum piece that goes over the trim surrounding the radio, and the gauges?

Hit up a junkyard and look for a T-bird or Cougar XR-7.  The 85-88 XR7's had a butcher-block look to 'em (bunch of sqares) and some T-birds came with the brushed aluminum look.  I have an extra set of the butcher-block style trim pieces, but the center stack piece is for a floor console car.

Or you can do what I did and just paint it:

What do you mean by "butcher block".

Oh and theres a T-Bird at the junkyard with the silver style but the radio bezel is gone. I thought of applying some kind of covering like what Eric did with the carbon fiber material but carbon isn't really the look I'm going for. I guess I could paint it but I'm kind of lazy and would rather just find the T-Bird style.

It's a dark background with a small, lighter-colored square grid on it.
