How do I remove door lock actuator? Reply #3 – April 11, 2007, 09:48:08 PM I'd recommend using a rivet. A bolt/nut might back off (and it might be impossible to hold a nut on while trying to tighten it anyway) Quote Selected

How do I remove door lock actuator? Reply #5 – April 11, 2007, 10:05:03 PM forget drilling it out. The little motor has a tit on each side that has a rubber type thing on it. those rubbers are what hold the motor in place. That rivet only holds the bracket to the door. I just pop the lock motor out of the metal U shaped mount. No drilling and such. Quote Selected
