Aaaaahhhh!!!! Today SUCKED!!

I started the day by going to the UPS Store. I sold a near-mint red full-length console a few weeks ago and UPS ran it over and crushed it. I had the UPS store box it. So anyways, it came back in today (shipped back in the same box, with no packing, and got crushed, AGAIN) and I had to go talk to the store monkeys. They DENIED the insurance claim on the basis that it was "improperly packed". WTF!!!! I PAID UPS to PACK it in THEIR store with THEIR box by THEIR employees!!! I nearly beat them to death with the console! So my business is boned and I either have to find another minty fresh console or provide a refund. AHHH! UPS SUCKS!!!

Later on in the day I'm at a friend's house (older couple) helping them with their new computer. I had spent SIX HOURS on Monday detailing the truck, it was PERFECT. I mention this and of course he wants me to look at his truck (04 Tundra quad-cab 4x4 with a Class 5 hitch). So he opens the garage, stabs it in reverse and FLOORS IT!! He wails the nose of the Nissan and it flies back a good 3' with the wheel's locked! (In 1st with the parking brake set) Both fenders are trashed, the cornering lights, the grill, the bumper, lower valance, hood, radiator side supports, hood latch support, A/C condensor, A/C compressor line, steering box bracket, and the plate are all  now. And to top it all off, we have the same insurance company.

I'm gonna go drink and play some GTA, hopefully nothing else goes wrong!!

Carmageddon is a better stress reliever - it's old, the graphics suck, but you can't beat it for depraved venting. I've just recently "rediscovered" it (and in fact just spent the last two hours playing it).
