apparently the one I had traded for last fall does not work

It's late so not calling. I have one out of a mark vii if you're interested. Pulled from a car I drove home..

Mark VII one will work fine. I was running around with a Mark VII EEC with GT40P heads and a GT40 intake with nary an issue before I converted to MAF.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.
