My dumb camera, I see a strike, I hit the shutter, it says "wait" and gets the empty sky afterwards.Seeing those pics reminded me of that movie "powder"... If you've seen it, you'll get the reference, heh. Quote Selected

Pics of my '96 XR-7 with new paint Reply #3 – July 18, 2010, 04:03:12 AM That is freakin' wicked! Nice Cougar though I do miss the waterfall grille. Back when I had my 89 Tbird I did a 1996-97 nose swap onto it and I opted for the Cougar bumper cover with chrome moldings and the Cougar specific hood which just had additional holes for the Cougar chrome grille finishing molding. I left out the Cougar waterfall grille and filled it with a honeycomb mesh from a lower air intake grille from an Audi TT. I finished it off with a 96-97 Tbird grille emblem and it ended up with a more interesting look than a stock Tbird. Without the waterfall grille, the Cougar nose takes on a more aggressive air intake look like the same year Mustangs used. As an aside here, I thought if I was to have ever aquired a 99+ Cougar it would be neat to paint the black narrow waterfall grille (used on the early versions of the New Edge Cougar) to silver. Or better yet if it is ridged non-flex plastic have it custom chromed... Quote Selected
