2.3T project

This would be a 2.3T and T5 project for me if I wasn't building a 5.0 for my Bird right now. Man this car and a 2.3T & T5 would be fun:D
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

ehhh I don't care for the Futura bodies...prefer the box bodies.

You think that would scoot and look like a sleeper. What do you think a pinto or a rustang II would be like with a nicely modded 2.3T would be like. My not so modded t/c moves but if you had the lite body of the pinto or rustang II it would really haul. I know ford did alot to lighten the T/c not shure it did much good with the power this and that but anyhow it is no where near as light as the smaller cars. Think of the look on the guys face that just got his ass kicked by a pinto or rustang II. He's got a V8 you've got 2.3T power. Sucks to be the V8 guy. Now what do you you think of your V8 camaro or mustang.
