I figured it was easier to swap a modded 5.0 into a TC, than it would be to swap all the TC features, styling and interior into a 5.0 Bird(that I'd still have to mod the engine to get the power I wanted). Re: anti-lock brakes Reply #16 – January 11, 2005, 10:05:50 AM Before you go to all that trouble just for the sake of cheaper insurance, you should know that if the car did not come with ABS from the factory, adding it will not lower your insurance one bit. The only way to possibly have any effect on insurance would be to have Ford add it to your car and sign an affidavit for it. Of course by the time you had them do it, if they even would, you could pay for a couple years insurance. I personally take the ABS off of all my cars. Quote Selected
