Major problem with molding

My car just came back from the shop, and for the $$ it looks georgous. BUT since it is 3 degrees outside the mouldings are cold like the rest of the car. the man didnt listen to me when i told him to not reatach it amongst other things. n took it into his own hand to do so. which irritates me to no beliefe. now the moulding is bent, and sticking off the side of the car. how in gods name do i solve that problem. does anyone have any clue

Just take it back for them to fix, and explain that while you know they were trying to be helpful putting it on you did not want it on.  This way if something gets messed up more it is on them.

I agree,take it back.When you paiy for a service,expect what you pay for.Otherwise,I've seen people drill a small hole in the moulding,and the use a small sheet metal screw to hold the moulding down.After that,put a small amount of filler over the screw,and paint the moulding,then no-one is the wiser.
