i honestly wasnt sure I was mainly explaining that switch for you but yeah my dads truck had 6 injectors and the back two clogged up due to some really bad gas and the pressure was still fine when they checked it when they clogged up we were driving town speeds and it started coughing and stuttering. when we stopped at the stop light it died and all it would do is spit and sputter after that. do like jeremyb said and see what comes back.

am i getting codes. oh yeah. try o2 sensor voltage out of range, map sensor out of range, fuel pump circuit open, egr out of range. also i checked out the cutoff switch and it hadnt been tripped and i can hear the pump running. this just isnt making any sense

Actual code numbers and whether they were KOER or KOEO/CM would be more helpful.

well, turns out it was just a clogged fuel line, but check this out, it was after the filter
