Ever take it in the tail pipe?

In light of the "crash" thread I figured I'd start a thread to see how many people have been rear-ended in their t-bird/cougar. I washiznit by a fried while moving my 80 from my old house to storage when I was moving, To make matters worse it was a busy intersection and I had no insurance on the car (just re-used the moving permit from moving the 82 a few minuites before, save the flaming)

Anyway he thought I was going to race the yellow light. I wasnt, I didnt, and somehow he failed to notice the ENTIRE REAR END OF BRAKE LIGHTS the thunderbird has, we pulled over, shoo'd off a couple wittnesses that stopped and left quickly before any cops showed up.

Despite how minor it looks it was actually enough to wrinkle the quarter panel in the middle, rust sucks.

His car got it way worse than mine, bumper cover, headlight door, signal light, ds fender, hood, washer fluid bottle. We were able to pull the rad support/fender foreward using another car as ballast and a come-along, never has run right since that.

So whaddaya got? pictures get you a gold star!!!

No pic, but the very first day I bought my very first Thunderbird I was stopped ata light in some light snow and felt a thump so light I thought it was the car misfiring. The light turned green and I went on my merry way. I pulled into my driveway and a car pulled in behind me, the guy got out and told me that he had hit me. We looked at both cars, no damage, so we laughed and forgot about it

I washiznit Tuesday on the way to school.  At first it looked like the bumper was just trashed a little, but then I saw the left rear Quarter was dented above the wheel well, and my tailpipe was shoved forward.  It was my first accident.  I made sure to get the guys insurance info.  Now I'm in a Tarus with a slippy trans.

Been rear ended in every fox I've owned except for my 86 blue max. My first one, the 85 was totaled out from it, my white 88 XR7 washiznit while it was parked in front of my house (minor damage but the guy didn't stop). My red 88 XR7 was rear ended at about 30 mph by and olds alero with a fairly cute chick behind the wheel. Besides the fact that my newly installed true duals were wrecked (installed that day actually) the car was OK because she actually went under my rear bumper.
Duckin' agents like we was trapped in da matrix!
