Beware of the CLAW!

You guys can bust his balls all you want about his not saving this and that, but the facts are these:
- He has an '86, so none of the glass, or the doors, or the fenders, or the trim, would fit his car
- He could have offered up most of those parts here in the For Sale section absolutely free and even then it's likely nobody would have taken them. Shipping glass is risky, and shipping doors is extremely expensive.
- He very likely has something better to do with his time than to strip off parts he can't use, only to be nickel-and-dimed to death when he tried to sell 'em
- He likely has better things to do with the space those parts would have taken up in his garage or basp00get
It's simple. He bought a parts car, took what he needed/wanted, then got rid of the rest. Nothin' wrong with that...
Amen, brother! I totally agree for every reason you listed. When you've got a car on blocks on the side of the house and limited garage space there's only so long you can keep it around... Especially if you want to stay married, lol.
It's a good thing I cant post pics of the (rust free) TC that I sent to the wrecking yard... It still had all the glass, trim, running engine and good 5 speed. I even forgot to pull the tail lights, doh! But that's about it. Everything else got used on my 87. I do wish I had pulled the side and rear glass and tail lights becase since then I've had to replace a tail light ($120) and a passenger side window ($35).
At least at the wrecking yard it still had a chance of being parted further.
