Whats up with this... using the URL part of the AVATAR upload thing... Yes I know her butt is cute.. But I'm tired of staring at it.

Same thing happened to me last week. I don't know what's up with it...tried to upload the avatar file from my site, and I got that error. Then I clicked on the 'upload from desktop' option and it worked. Don't know why, don't know how, but it did.

I dunno why you can't upload the file from another site - I can't even find that setting in the board control panel. Below is a screenshot of the upload permissions settings, and as you can see everything is enabled.

To get around it, just download the pic to your PC from the other site, then upload it using your control panel
