Cleaned out my trunk today and found this. It's just sitting in my car and I was wondering whats it's worth. It's not the one from my car so I guess it was bought as an extra. Any Idea's on what to do?
Also I have an extra seat/mirror control panel for a consel in there and an extra clock. The panel is just like the one in the picture accept that it has no passanger power seat.

I am guessing its a stock cougar/tbird eec. Not worth alot, you could sell it on the boards and prolly get $20 or so for someone who's computer is fried.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Come to mexico to sell that computer. Here can cost like 400 USD CHEAP....

I dont know why the eec modules are super expensive here, but they are ! fortunately those parts seems to last more than the car...

When the EEC-III of the dad´s cougar went out, like 12 years ago, was nearly impossible to find , and when he found one it cost 500 USD, dollars from 1994, before peso devaluation.....its like 1500 USD of todays dollars.....

Needless to say, he went to the carb conversion and it costs a fraction for that price.......

So someone bought an extra computer for my car with the wrong engine in mind?

nope, that computer is correct for your setup.  its interchangeable on both the v6 and v8 CFI configurations. The 88 v6 engine is not sefi either so i would be it might work on the 88 as well.
