1987 3.8 V6 timing chain cover and bolts... June 26, 2006, 05:59:18 PM Hi there!I'm going to change the timing chain in my T-bird (1987 V6 TBI) soon but the only problem I have is that I need a spare timing chain cover and all the bolts holding it along with the water pump. Mine are rusted, I've already broken one while replacing the pump. I need a timing chain cover just in case if I break something in the one that's on the car.Please help! Quote Selected

I've no luck finding parts for mine. It's kinda strange becouse all the catalogs say that 3.8 V6 with metal valve covers was manufactured till 1986 while my car is 1987 and as I remember well all 1987 V6 T-birds have metal covers.
