Drove the Tbird last night

Not very far, but it needed to be done.

I've been dealing with a blow-by or oil control issue, but on top of that the car has been trying to run on 2 yr old gas (I checked my repair logs, and I took it off the road 2 years ago!).

So I was determined yesterday when I got home from work to at the very least drive it down to the gas station and get some fresh premium in it.

The interior is still VERY sparce, the only things in it are the carpet, dahs, center console and the driver seat.  I realized as I was backing it out of the garage....no seat belts. :hick: Oh well, I was going a mile and a half max round trip.  (it's still plated and insured, so that wasn't a worry driving it)

I had forgotten how STIFF this car is set-up.... OI!  I dipped into the boost just a little on the way back with some fresh gas pumping in it just to see what it would do under boost...and to hear the BOV :D

I need to get a breather tank and set it up an an open PCV system, but I think things will clear up the more miles are put on it.

Today is just some general reassembly since I now have a battery in the car and I can do things like reinstall window motors and such. How much I get done depends on how much time I have.

It was good to get it on the street again .

First trips are always fun after storage. I love the first trip after the winter. I always end up puting the car sidways for some reason though;)
