You can make the image smaller in 2 ways: Shrink the viewable size of the image, or save it at a lower quality setting. (if it's a JPEG) Things like MS Paint will also work to some extent, but I've found IrfanView to be a lot better overall.If neither of those options are acceptable to you, you can always host the image with a site like ImageShack and use the links they provide to insert the image into your posts.
