Ok, I fired up IE (needed a jump start, I think it needs a tune up from sitting around so long :D) and after viewing those videos I can only draw two conclusions:

1) EMO has done the impossible. It's made me glad I'm old, and
2) Somebody owes me about ten minutes of my life back. What a waste of bandwidth! If I had looked at that on dialup I'd have been, like, pissed. I might even have gone EMO...

Well, yes it's stupid, but some of the bands mentioned shouldn't be ized because of the punks that listen to them. And Linkin Park is most definitely NOT emo. They were around long before the emo thing, and they are definitely cool. Emo is just like goth, except coochfied basically. Fallout boy has like one good song if you ask me, that's about it. Personally I'm into the music that causes you to get whiplash from headbanging, but at the same time I like Alanis Morisette and Semisonic (Semisonic, HIGHLY recommended listening for many people!) and many, many others.

OH NO! I said like: "...like one good song...", but I see that as like a proper useage and stuff, like yeah.

And "like" isn't an emo thing, that's been around a long time, once you hear it enough you have to fight to not say it, it's contagious and some people really can't stop easily. But still, that chick has some issues, but maybe she is making fun of the guy (didn't watch that one), either way they all need to get a life.

Emo isn't like Goth. Emo is trendy, actually. Emo is an attitude thing. Maybe some angsty kids didn't like looking dead but wanted to bitch and moan all the same. Hello Emo.

The chick can't stop saying 'like'. That's her own personal issue, not an Emo thing, you're right.

And Linkin Park is Emo. Sorry man. Not all people who listen to Emo are Emo, though. So take comfort in that. Me, I like Jimmy Eat World. Almost as Emo as Good Charlotte, but with actual talent. :D

I guess living in the subburbs with mom and dad buying you stuff and giving you a new car when you get your license is such a hard life:rolleyes:.

Or you want to be emotional so you can get laid.......and you don't want to be called a cooch.........then you become emo.
