Alarm wires

Continuing from what I saw http://foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showthread.php?t=6661 , I have gotten my alarm partially installed. Supposedly a red/green wire in the column should be used for the ignition wire, but I can't seem to find it. Is there another wire that should be used or is it a different color?

Also, the drivers side door trigger is setup, but it still doesn't know of the passenger door.  Should I use a different wire than what I have used (black/light blue)?

Is there any chassis ground in the kickpanel on the drivers side? I ended up using a wire I had previously ran to the engine bay for the foglight switch.

Then I'm just confused as to what "armed output" and "channel 2 validity output" wires mean in the installation guide...and the Multiplexed input. This is all on a viper 791xv.

edit:
I just hooked up the trunk to the "channel 2 validity output" and it pops the thing just fine by activating channel 2 on the remote

Just have ignition wire and passenger side door to go

Anyone? Passenger side door pin wires?

On the rest, I just went with what I could find on the ignition wire so I can turn the thing off if the remote doesn't work. Everything's hooked up besides the passenger side door...and the remote start I don't want to deal with
