1987 XR7 cougar for sale
Time to sell the cougar... I'm making room for a TC! Anyhoo, My cougar is oxford white with a fair body, (rocker rust, rear quarter and door rust as well) with several spots aready repaired. The interior is scarlet red and is in good shape, exept for two large dash cracks. duel power seats, full digital dash, good working floor shifter as well as all Its other functions and creature comforts.
The transmission only has about 5,000 miles on It, and It shifts very well, and is very consistanty firm shifting due to a trans. cooler i installed. The 5.0 has 160,000 on it, but has received new bearings and a complete top-end rebuild with Et7e mustang heads, stock mustang headers and Intake and T/B.It has recieved a mustang A/C delete conversion. The dual exaust Is newer, consisting of straight pipe, glass packed tubing and turn-downs.
The suspension needs help....the shocks and struts need replacement and there is a small noise coming from a ball joint.
It's still very driveable, and has been long distances with no issues.
I'll sell it for $450 OBO to any of you guys. I need to raise some $$$ to pay off The Turbo coupe I'm getting. ~Jonathan~
