Repairing a lock cylinder that is frozen or sans keys requires a drill, gumption, and a midget on a tricycle.

Thanks guys.

turbo 88 - It's an 86 Thunderbird, 3.8 auto.  Basically bought it just to be a daily driver while I work on my other car.  I had the car for a couple months and I lost reverse in the tranny.  So after wasting my time putting in an used AOD, I finally had the C5 rebuilt.  Got that fixed, then shortly after the fan clutch seized causing a heater hose to rupture.  While taking the hose off, I managed to crack the heater core.  Well we all know how much fun those are to replace.  No performance upgrades.  Just a hitch for my trailer, tinted the windows myself, and stereo.  Like I said just an A -> B'r.  Had it for little over a year and have been in 3 accidents with it.  None my fault but as most know, ICBC makes you pay with py repair work because they don't want to spend the money to get it repaired properly.  Pretty clean car for what it is.  Over 200K!  My neighbor has I believe an 88 turbo t bird w/5 speed that I was trying to get, but he didn't want to part with it.  If anyone was wondering, my other car in an 80 Caprice Classic 2 door.  In high school pulled the 267/TH350 and put in a rebuilt 355/TH400 etc.  I parked it with intentions of painting it and doing the interior.  Now I just need to do that.

Thanks again for helping guys.

Jason

I'm guessing she gets to be the lame-ass Carson Daly kind of person?  Tell her good luck with that, she's got my vote 'cause her brother has a car similar to mine.  I'll expect your vote when I run for president in 12 years :giggle:

Well folks, thanks for voting but it probably didn't matter anyways.  They just used 4 judges to pick the final 10.  She's in top 10 which is great.  Now it's up to her to shine or suck.  Ah, brotherly love :S
