You have to pull the seat (carefully disconnect the plugs) & look for broken or otherwise mangled wires. You could have a problem with the switch or you could try disconnecting the battery to reset the motor dirver circuit, but these seats are notorious for breaking/pulling the wires from the control box. Ill keep them, the ass warmers arent the only reason i want to keep em tho its a 20th and i want to keep the interior and exterior as close to factory as i can. Quote Selected

I bought my car from a little old lady so when I got it the seat was pushed all the way up and of course inoperative. I managed to jump it to get it back but I would much rather have manual seats as opposed to fixing these. Quote Selected
