1987 20th anniversary edition free December 24, 2005, 03:37:04 AM allright, i have a 1987 cougar 20th anniversary rust free, with a blown head gasket, free to whomever might want it. No rust, Only problem is i can do no shipping. It is up to you to pick it up, the front is grey, the rest is the original maroon, all options less the moonroof. I just want to see this car go to a cougar fan. I can not bear to see it in a junkyard. Money has killed my expectations for it. I will own another cougar, but i am offering this up to someone who can either use the parts or just wants her. I will get some pics, and post them. I live in denton, Tx.--Troy-- Quote Selected

1987 20th anniversary edition free Reply #3 – December 27, 2005, 01:28:04 AM (I just saw this post right now...)Hey, yeah...give it to Royce! (me!) I've had my 20th since new (almost 19 years so far...)I'm in the Houston area, so I would just have to figure out how to get it down here...I will try to look into that tomorrow. In the mean time, please get in touch - reply here, or send me a PM or email, seriously!I am sorry for you that you have to let yours go, but rest assured, your generosity will help to insure that at least one other 20th lives on!:) Quote Selected

(Turns out I was a stupid driver not too long after I got those - I wasn't paying attention and SLAMmed into the corner of a curb... tore up the passenger side front wheel. So, I've already used one of my "extras." I can't see why I would have to have a complete extra set lying around though.I have not heard from WarnerRobbins yet (but hey - i just replied to his post a very short time ago). If he ends up GIVING the car to me, I would feel kinda bad selling the wheels, but now that I think of it, its gunna cost me some big bucks to get the car from Denton (north of Dallas) all the way down here to me, regardless of how I might end up doing that. It's like a 6 or 7 hour drive. Anyway, I'll let you know. Quote Selected
