I have a new fender...

Yesterday i took the truck for a little ride, when i saw a cougar in the junkyard. I stopped and asked if they can sell me the fender that i needed, and they say yes. Well, its straight, no bondo, little rust int the inner side. Will be painted. I noticed of two ,mmmmm....two structures in the inner side, and above that there is some rust that i want to remove, but its possible to quit those "structures" and put it again ? thanks

I have a new fender...

Theyre spot welded in to the fender and would be difficult to replace without messing it up.
