I can't believe the t-bird I just saw

I just saw on the news a "Pimp my Sleigh Christmas Mustang" as stated by the news reporter. It was a white MN12 T-Bird. This car was covered in candy and lights. I mean COVERED! Inside where the dome light is was a tube that was a fish tank hanging from the ceiling. It had fish in it. Has anybody seen this? It's out in California. I'm trying to find a picture because I can't believe what I just saw.
