front clip swap??? Reply #2 – November 29, 2005, 11:56:15 AM it will fit, it wont line up right. You have to rewire the headlights. Maybe turn signals too. Quote Selected

front clip swap??? Reply #12 – December 01, 2005, 05:27:58 PM I think the 87-88 fenders were tweeked, but not enough to say modified. I would just get the 87-88 fenders too. Maybe. Wanna post pics of the damage? Quote Selected
front clip swap??? Reply #13 – December 01, 2005, 09:15:49 PM We bought an '83 once that had a turbo header panel on it , with the '83 bumper cover. The guy just rewired the headlights to work. Looked kinda cool.:D Quote Selected
front clip swap??? Reply #14 – December 01, 2005, 09:20:14 PM my '86 header panel works with the '88 bumper cover...looked ok...but it had that gap that looked like a tongue belonged there...I'll post pics for the board to own/use to show the differences...I'm using 87-88 doors and fenders on my '86...think it WITH A LIL TWEAKING will look pretty good when done Quote Selected
