Fuel door

The fuel door on my '86 cougar LS is the most retarded idea. if there is a popper in the glove box and in the trunk why the hell do you need to have a finger grove that cant open it and sticks out. Would the door for a 94-04 work or is there a door like this that would work.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

The finger hole is there because not all Tbird/Cougars had the electric poppers.

I like that fuel door.  I may try putting one on my '85 too.
