like new 86 Reply #2 – November 14, 2018, 05:23:24 PM Hey, since they still have the original window sticker to refer to, I see no reference to the full console option. Am I missing something? It was never standard, was it, especially on a GS? I actually like the vinyl roof option. Wish my car had it. So that car only has the number of miles on it after 32 years that I put on most vehicles in 1 year. Maybe the cleanest 32 year old car I've ever seen. Think they'll get their asking price for it? No matter how clean, low-mileage, or perfect it is, isn't there a limit? Still very nice. Good luck to him. Quote Selected
like new 86 Reply #3 – November 14, 2018, 08:09:00 PM The console was not a standalone option, believe it or not. It was actually in with the seating selection. So in this case, the individual bucket seats would require the console. It’s weird but that’s how Ford did things back then. Quote Selected
like new 86 Reply #4 – November 15, 2018, 05:55:37 AM Imagine it with the usual add on type stuff for a 300+ hp to the tire 302 but keep it quiet (as best that can), 17" x 9/10" re-pops of the wire wheels with some meats for traction, keep the mud flaps and you would have a nice Granny ride to surprise some people......:burnout Quote Selected
