Re: dirt track turbo Reply #17 – July 19, 2005, 11:22:30 PM Cool, I am looking at getting into the entry level dirt track racing next year. I did the demolition derby two seasons in a row. It was a lot of fun but it kind of burns me to put all of that time into a car then have to throw it away after a few times and start all over. Not to mention the demo stuff is pretty hard on the body. I felt like somebody beat the out me with a ball bat after the last time. Good luck with your future races. Jason. Quote Selected

Re: dirt track turbo Reply #19 – July 22, 2005, 10:06:53 PM Quote from: Tbird232cifrom my reading and compairions, the 87-88 TC tranny is identical to the 87-93 2.3L stang trannies, which are definatly weaker, and have the longer and narrower input shaftO.k. heres a question,is my tranny a 26 spline or a 10? Is the longer input shaft a problem?if it is a 26 can i buy a 26 spline 10 or 11 inch clutch to match the tranny? I believe the mustangs call 4 a 11 inch 10 spline. Is that right? Quote Selected
