convertible motor mounts

will mustang convertible 5.0 mounts work in a 1988 thunderbird? im going 5.0 from the turbo 4. thanks jim

No, 86-88 mounts are specific. They also suck in stock form. Every 302 86-87 car I've driven had bad motor mounts.

Thanks.  Anyone use the trans dapt motor mounts? I pm'd chuck he fast none available.

I bought some $20 generic motor mounts from jegs. I drilled out the mounting bolt hole and used 1/2" spacers on the bolt.
