EFI 351w into a 1988 V6 car ?'s

as the title says, I'm thinking of going with an efi 351w into the Bird.
Kinda uniformed as to what computer it would take to run it.
I know I'd have to find a Lightning lower, and Cobra upper? Maybe?
The engine is out of a 91 3/4 ton Ford truck. I was gonna drop it in my 1/2 ton truck, but it has other.....issues. ed alcohol fuel... Anywho, if some of y'all could kinda point me in the right way as far as a computer and stuff, I could know what to look for...
Parts I know I'll need: complete new exhaust, motor mounts,  trans. mount, flexplate/flywheel, probably upper/lower intakes, fuel pump (in tank), and more money for gas, assuming I get the parts to do it!
The 351w is complete, has fan, belt, pullies, everything, I pulled, made sure to get every sensor, blah blah, all i did wasa cut the wires, unhook the fuel lines, and pull it out. Should be ok for that stuff.

You can use the efi system out of a 89-93 mustang but like you said you will need a lower intake froom a truck. Many guys run 351 efi in mustangs. Search the web you find lots of info

I used a gt40 lower and cobra upper on mine. Front brackets from Mustang, [passenger side] and 351 truck for drivers side. The truck brackets allowed me to mount the ac compressor and still have clearance for the turbo hood  I used a harness from 86 efi bird comp from 351 truck .  Also used mass air conversion

Well, my 5.0 just blew a headgasket in the truck last night, so it is gonna get the 351w.
I'm probably going to get a 5.0 SO from a partsyard local to me.
Does anybody know where I can look at wiring diagrams to swap in the 5.0?
For now, the 'Bird is the only running car that is reliable...
The truck runs, but piss-poor! LOL
