1988 cougar Ls up for sale ?

Have a 1988 cougar LS, V6 178,000 miles which I do not have the time too invest in it now due to work and family. I figure as to see if there may be any interested person's, in buying for parts or rebuild, Solid Body and Factory paint.
I am the 2nd owner, needed head gasket in 2009 when i bought it, Completely stock has never been driven in the snow. I use for a daily work commute of 52 miles round trip, I get just over 20 MPG, 2 lane and Highway trip. Pa inspected till April 2016.
The bad, General wear for 175 K, Cut in front right bumber, ding on left rear corner panel ,Light rust on bottom door panels where the seam is, Clear-coat is lifting on the roof, trunk and hood, top of dash is cracking, AC does not work after new heater core was installed by neighborhood mechanic, Sun roof was siliconed sealed closed due to noise, was operational except gasket seal has shrunk, It did not leak.

Bought a newer family Car and Need to sell this Cougar, I will not part it out. Anybody make a reasonable offer.
