Replacing the Heater Matrix in a 1988 3.8 LX. March 14, 2015, 08:00:02 AM To start I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong section, couldn't spot an AC etc section, but I am new here. Is there a comprehensive guide somewhere for taking apart the dash to get to the heater matrix to replace it? Right now mine is so bad that after a little while driving the pen 15pit becomes an '80s music video, not at all safe. The '97 Cougar hasn't been driven for 2 years because Dad is STILL sorting things out after having the dash out to replace the one in that. Seriously, don't get me started. Feeling homicidal as it is. Anyway any and all info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys, James. Quote Selected
