drill bit company seek and find????

I have a few random (several actually) drill bits that are oddly shaped at the end.
what I noticed was that this brand of bit was real forgiving in allowing me to jump from a small to large bit and in some cases my large bits did not require a pilot hole.
The downside is you have to use these bits very cautiously because they break very very easy.  This I am willing to live with in trade for good cutting and performance.

what I don't know is who made these bits.
they say this info on the shank

size
CO
USA

that's all they say

Who is "CO"?
