To do it properly you need to remove the front seats, unbolt both front seat belts, remove the center console, door sill trim, and pull up the bottom of the rear seat.  It aint a 5 minute job!

I have everything out now. As soon as the weather clears up Im gonna let the new carpet lay in the sun to gain some shape from being in the shipping box....I just hope I remember where all the screws go! lol.

If you are installing the carpet that house the underlayment attached have a hair dryer handy to help warm it up.  I did mine in the dead of winter and it was quite the pain to get correct figment around d the center stack.

It's 100 degrees here in the daytime,. I've got to spend 4 hours cleaning the carpet I got a couple of years ago. That stuff had some serious 'stuff" in it and about 14 pounds of pure dirt. Once it's cleaned, shampooed and dry, hot sun, then into the sport.

I noticed this when I replaced my carpet. I ended up cutting out the old carpet around the center stack and pulling it out. I used carpet from ACC with a thinner pad to reduce weight for drag racing so it was fairly simply to get it back under the center stack.
If you are putting in carpet with the factory thickness pad, maybe you could trim away some of the pad in that area? Other than that, you may have to loosen the entire dash and lift it up about an inch or so to stuff the carpet in.

Be especially careful when tpuppies the door sill and kick panel area or you will leave yourself short.  The biggest problem I had was trying to get the carpet under the part where the radio, etc, goes.  Is that what you mean by "stack"?  If so, I cut the pad out bit by bit until it fit.  Luckily my dash was loose.  I started by centering the carpet in the car and then massaging it from the trans tunnel out.  I then cut holes where the seat bolts are and "bolted" it down.  Then you can form the rear footwells from there.  I then trimmed the door sill, and screwed the plastic sill in place to hold the carpet.  then you can work the other side the same way.

Installed carpet yesterday. Waiting a day or so to do some final adjustments before I trim it up. Getting it under the radio stack proved to be the hard part . Had to work it side to side but I got it :).  Seats are at a shop being recovered in 2 tone blue. Cant wait. :)
