Cheap Mark 8 Fan Controller Reply #15 – October 30, 2011, 12:38:13 PM The horror stories I've been hearing about them (DC Controller) taking people's money and taking MONTHS to ship their controllers to them makes me pretty gun-shy. I have no doubts they make a good product though. Quote Selected
Cheap Mark 8 Fan Controller Reply #17 – October 31, 2011, 10:15:12 AM Quote from: mtgmike;371343http://www.dccontrol.com/From what I gather, these are fantstic, but the owner of the company is a pain to deal with. Tons of stories of people paying and taking months to receive product. If you wanted to rep them, Id keep a decent quantity on hand. Looks like the site is "temp" down. Quote Selected

Cheap Mark 8 Fan Controller Reply #19 – January 29, 2014, 10:49:17 AM Darren I used to 40 amp relay in parallel with a toggle switch for now, if using this way, you say to put a diode between positive and negative of fan? What diode to use? I am using dual fans off a ford connect van Quote Selected
Cheap Mark 8 Fan Controller Reply #20 – February 01, 2014, 08:52:43 PM The diode is only necessary for the Mark VIII fan due to it pulling high amps when it starts. I know it is not required when running a Taurus fan so I would say you are fine without it.Darren Quote Selected
