The horror stories I've been hearing about them (DC Controller) taking people's money and taking MONTHS to ship their controllers to them makes me pretty gun-shy.  I have no doubts they make a good product though.

From what I gather, these are fantstic, but the owner of the company is a pain to deal with. Tons of stories of people paying and taking months to receive product. If you wanted to rep them, Id keep a decent quantity on hand.

Darren I used to 40 amp relay in parallel with a toggle switch for now, if using this way, you say to put a diode between positive and negative of fan?  What diode to use? I am using dual fans off a ford connect van

The diode is only necessary for the Mark VIII fan due to it pulling high amps when it starts.  I know it is not required when running a Taurus fan so I would say you are fine without it.
