88 TC in GA, needs an AOD or maybe just VB parts

If the seller is truthful, seems like a fun easy project! No reserve, currently at $800....
1987 20th Anniversary Cougar, 302 "5.0" GT-40 heads (F3ZE '93 Cobra) and TMoss Ported H.O. intake, H.O. camshaft
2.5" Duals, no cats, Flowmaster 40s, Richmond 3.73s w/ Trac-Lok, maxed out Baumann shift kit, 3000 RPM Dirty Dog non-lock TC
Aside from the Mustang crinkle headers, still looks like it's only 150 HP...
1988 Black XR7 Trick Flow top end, Tremec 3550
1988 Black XR7 Procharger P600B intercooled, Edelbrock Performer non-RPM heads, GT40 intake AOD, 13 PSI @5000 RPM. 93 octane

Aw man it's in Georgia. That's way too far to drive it home in reverse :hick:.

That would be a great score for someone local to it. Oh and it would need a 4ALD not an AOD.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

bring a t-5 down with you and drive it home.

Yeah as soon as I read that part I said to myself "If I were in that situation and 5-10 miles from home I'd back that bitch the hell home. Hellllllll YEAH!" haha
And somehow I totally forgot they had A4LDs.

id seriously bring a t-5 down with me. swap it in, don't even bother with the clutch cable or pedals.

Possibly. I know a local guy who had an auto 87 Turbo Coupe with the boost turned up. It ate 2 4ALDs in a year.
