Finally got the car running again... March 15, 2005, 01:36:36 AM Well after being down for nearly a month, my bird is finally back up and running. It took alittle longer because the weather here in VA has been shiznit for the past month it seems. Anyway, I will post pics very soon but just a few things Ive been working on wereAOD rebuild, Red alto clutches, new 3rd direct drum(old one was toast), Lentech hardened lockup input shaft, Lentech Stage II VB with 1-2-3 and OD electronic lockoutB&M Megashifter floor shift conversion(I love this thing!!)Summit Black Race SeatsWeld Draglites(bling bling)There were also several other things that needed to be done like shortening my driveshaft, replacing the TV cable to a floor shift setup, etc. I got the car running last night and Ive had to work out a couple bugs but the trans shifts unbelieveably. Its also nice to be able to actually go through 3 gears and then have OD when you want it. Im gonna get the wideband back on it to do some fine tuning but the driveability is great and it pulls like a raped ape. Id like to see some high 12s NA, not sure if that will happen, but it has gone 104+mph in the 1/4 before with the old trans which was on its way out. Really depends how well I can get it out the hole. Anyway, I will post pics soon, thanks to everyone who gave help, especially TurboCoupe50 who always has the advice/parts Im looking for.
