TC header and air dam swap

So I pulled the upper header panel on my 87 LX and put a TC header in its place..I want to swap the lower piece as well but it appears there is a difference in the moulding between the wheel well and the header panel. Can I use the LX trim piece with cornering light and the TC panel or no..Will I need the TC trim pieces...Also how many guys are running JUST the upper TC panel with the regular lower part?..I don't think it looks bad with just the upper..Thanks.

Yes, you can use the same moldings. I used the standard bumper cover and the TC (which I have now). I like the TC better.

I'm running a stock lx style bumper with tch header panel  everything works and lines up fine. same thing with the lx senders and tc headerpanel and bumper. it should line up fine. you can also swap the molding on the fenders. but they should be the same style.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Yes, the molding on the side of the car, for the cornering lamps, is the same piece.
