miss on passanger side transfered from driver side?

in an HO firing order, if cylinder 5 has low compression of around 140 avg and high leak down test  of 40%,

can cylinder 4 be effected?

meaning, cylinder 5 has a job to do and it transfers momentum as its work is being done over to "prepare" the next cylinder to do work.
i think to date this is one of the most trivial questions i have come up with as it is dealing with engine theory.
the driver bank is bad yet the passanger bank i assume is being effected.

we have a miss on the passanger side and have troubleshot everything ,, i mean everything.

We have not changed the distributor cap though.


things we have done to isolate the problem
-swapped injectors bank to bank
-swapped spark plugs
-replaced plugs
-replaced wires
-no exhaust leaks
-no vac leaks
-proper fuel presure
-passanger bank compression is on average 170psi
-driver bank compression is on average 170psi excluding cylinder 5
-passanger leak down tests are on average 18%
-driver leak down tests are on average 18% excluding cylinder 5
-spark is a rich bluish white look
-timing light clamped on each plug wire shows a nice steady pulse with KOER
-with true home run to the rear dual exhaust as our case, there is an audible miss on the passanger tail pipe out back
-the miss will come and go on its own


ive been discussing this with Tom off and on and would like to see other opinions to see if this is possible
