ordered a leak down tester
they supplied me one complete with all the grease / filth and loose parts from the previous user

this must have been a lone out tool or something.

i contacted thier headquarters,,,, what stupidity. Seems like someone should have noticed this is not a new product.

it was so rediculous i kinda took it personal....simply informed Corp they have a quality control issue and the issue was shared by everyone who touched this item and up to the point of my obvious embarrassment and dissappointment when the product was handed to me...... all the while thinking "I paid 144$ for this"?
